- Recruitment information — if you are a candidate, we may collect employment history, skills, salary expectations, availability, portfolio links, and other details contained in your application or CV.
- Communications — records of emails, calls, and messages when you interact with our team.
- Technical information — such as IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage data collected through security tools (including Cloudflare Turnstile) used to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
Where forms require consent (for example, agreeing to our Terms or confirming you are happy for us to store your details), we record that consent as part of the submission.

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, form security verification, and limits on file upload size and type for CV submissions.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us promptly.
