Bridge Talent provides global staffing and talent solutions, including Integrated Specialist, Integrated Team, and Integrated Delivery services. The Site is intended to provide general information about our services and allow you to contact us, request talent, submit a CV, subscribe to insights, or use related tools such as our ROI calculator.
These Terms apply to visitors, prospective clients, and candidates. Separate written agreements govern paid staffing, recruitment, or consulting services where those apply.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or data belonging to others;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by submitting spam, malware, or excessive automated requests;

4. Staffing and recruitment services
Information on the Site about roles, candidates, pricing, timelines, savings, or outcomes (including ROI calculator results) is illustrative and does not constitute an offer, guarantee, or professional advice.
For clients: Engaging Bridge Talent for hiring support is subject to separate commercial terms, scope, and fees agreed in writing. Listing a role or submitting a talent request through the Site does not create a binding contract until both parties agree formal terms.
For candidates: Submitting a CV or application does not create an employment relationship with Bridge Talent or any client. We do not guarantee interviews, shortlisting, or placement. Selection decisions remain with clients, subject to applicable law.
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, immigration, or employment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice where needed.
5. Your submissions
When you submit information through the Site (including contact forms, talent requests, CVs, newsletter signups, or call booking requests), you confirm that:
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have the right to provide any content you upload, including CVs and portfolio materials;
- your submission does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material;
- where required, you have given the consents indicated on the relevant form (including agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy).
You grant Bridge Talent a non-exclusive licence to use submissions for the purposes described on the relevant form and in our Privacy Policy, including evaluating applications, responding to enquiries, and presenting candidates to clients.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, branding, layout, photographs, and software — are owned by Bridge Talent or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
"Bridge Talent" and related marks are our trademarks. Other names and logos appearing on the Site may belong to their respective owners.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you paid to Bridge Talent for services directly related to the claim in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge Talent and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
